Ramblings

Well, I've been here for 5 days and I must say that I am SO happy to be here. I love the school, the campus, the people- it's great all around.
And I've been reassured of the fact that I am quite capable of taking care of myself.
Classes start on Monday and I am extremely excited.
Jan and I finally got everything unpacked a couple of days ago and our dorm is so home-y/cozy that I prefer to be here than most anywhere. We've got a good stock of food, a TV, a fridge- its nice. Plus with Isaac being here a lot and Lilias having come and spent the night- it makes it that much more complete.
I went to a dance with a girl from across the hall last night and Ive got more plans to meet up with people later on at the comedy show tonight.
A trip to get Thai food and exploring with Jan has been awesome too. Her friend Colleen, who lives a couple of dorms over, came over when Lilias was here so we had a big movie/dinner night thing and that was chill.
Thats all for now because I'm about to go eat but I'll update soon.
And Chris, next time I go back to Durham I'll stop by on my way back up to Greensboro :)
